We happened to look up and notice a water stain on the ceiling late in the evening. It was concerning, but we did some praying, and Stanley Restoration is our go-to company for our roofing repairs, so we didn’t stress over it. I called the office the next morning. I recognize it is a solid organization because the same coordinator (Kristi) answered the phone who helped me 2 years ago. She is always professional and so very pleasant and helpful. I appreciate the professionalism and consistency in the staffing. Kristi took excellent notes as I was explaining everything. I explained about the water stain and that some thingamabob did fly off my roof and could tell it was the root cause. The senior estimator (Todd), contacted me shortly after that and he answered all of my questions and my follow-up questions, listened, explained everything and kept me informed as he coordinated with the contractors. I appreciate his diligence in contacting me( called and followed up with text), as I was at work in meetings and didn’t notice his call at first. I felt at ease talking to Kristi and Todd as they understood the root cause of the water stain. He was able to assess that the ceiling stain was from that power vent cover flying off due to recent bad storms and high winds. He even advised how I can treat the stain myself in a low cost way. I also happened to need them to replace shingles that were damaged and broken off due to my tree limbs growing out of control and banging on the side of the house (was going to call them about that any way after the tree trimming). Todd communicated what pictures he needed (to make sure contractors got the right color, and he ensured the right level of shingles) and passed that on to the contractors, who worked very quickly. The contractors working on the roof were professional and also answered my questions about the work. As soon as they left, I got a message from Todd that the work was complete, along with before and after pictures, which I really, really appreciated. It helps me see the quality of the work, and it’s important as a home owner to understand what with was done. I highly recommend this Stanley Restoration. They are professional and make everything so easy. And the pricing and payment were easy.

The packing and unpacking was great. Elsa, Dinci and Josefina were efficient and very cordial. Moving the furniture in and out was done by Josh, Reece and several other team members. The appliances were put back in by Scott. All were gravest, helpful and diligent.

Richard arrived at our door within 90 minutes of my phone call to Stanley Restoration that we had water damage due to a malfunctioning bidet. He was extremely thorough. He explained how the water had traveled to other rooms and detailed the specific steps they would take to prevent mold. After the Initial installation of fans and dehumidifiers, Richard followed up on two separate occasions to check the progress of the drying. He was always on time, detailed and thorough in his explanations and a pleasure to work with despite the circumstances.

They did a really professional job on my pack out and move back. They arrived on time, were careful with my possessions and even sent a clean up crew to clean my house after the move back. I would highly recommend them to anyone who’s had an asbestos abatement claim or smoke damage due to a fire or water damage due to a leak.
Josh, Eric and Jose were great! David Coughlin was knowledgeable and a real people person who allayed my concerns.

It is a pleasure to give our highest recommendation to Freddy Salinas and his colleague who came to remove mold from our kitchen. The company reacted immediately to our request and the technicians arrived within 24 hours. They diagnosed the problem on arrival, gave us a quote, performed the necessary remediation and left the kitchen clean after completing their job. They were easy to communicate with, helpful and pleasant. They also suggested how to reach the specialists to do the follow up reconstructions and how to deal with mold spore contaminants. Stuart came to our rescue on a Sunday! We had a water leakage that we were not aware of until several days later. The water damage was not too extensive, but it was enough to cause us to worry about the aftermath of the water damage. Stuart was kind and helpful. He checked our place to see the extent of the damage and was very knowledgeable. He was organized and knew exactly what needs to be done to help repair the damaged areas. We look forward to having Stuart and the Stanley Restoration team help us rebuild the damaged areas of our office.Thank you Stuart!

After a stressful few months of house repairs after a water leak, Stanley Restoration was a breath of fresh air. The "A" team that moved our belongings back and unpacked everything were simply amazing! They took such care of everything and were so kind. That care, compassion and kindness is what sets Stanley Restoration apart! It was exactly what we needed after such an ordeal. I can't say enough good things about Maurice, Rino, Justin and Z for moving everything back in and getting everything hooked back up and Ashley, Elsa, Josefina, Dina, Alexis and Maria for unpacking and getting everything back in place. Their last comment to us before leaving after two days of hard work was "Welcome Home" and "Home" was exactly what they helped to put back together for us!

Had a water heater in my garage burst back in May that flooded the bedroom on the adjacent wall in the house. Stanley promptly dispatched Robbie P to assess. Robbie was the ultimate professional and made the experience hassle-free. The assessment, flood cuts, equipment set-up went smoothly. The communication during the process was great. Robbie respected my property and belongings. He took care to clean up along the way. When asked, he gave explanations of what was occurring. Unfortunately, the damage was already done and I had to have the flooring replaced. Overall, I was satisfied with the whole process.

We had a sink overflow and cause flooding to our living /kitchen area, hall, entryway, and parts of 2 other rooms. Jeffrey and Robbie came out on a Sunday and really got the process going. I can NOT recommend this company enough! I had the most horrible experience with my movers previously, so I had PTSD, and especially after a flood, Stanley went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, cataloged, and went perfectly back into place! Seth and his crew came and moved the furniture out first, and they were great and super careful. The next day Ashley and her crew came and packed up and not only were they meticulous, but very caring. I felt like they were friends and didn't want them to go! I felt 100 percent safe with all of my high end belongings in Stanley's hands. They were also very fair with the billing. I highly recommend this company and am grateful for what they did for me.
