The Operations Manager of the Restoration Division will daily supervise every aspect of the Restoration Division. The training, education, and supervision of all restoration personnel (Lead Technicians, Assistant Technicians, and cleaning crews) will be the main duties of the Operations Manager. Maintenance and inspection of all crews, vehicles, and equipment will also be required. |

Field experience required. Established restoration industry experience required. Applicant must have a good driving record, must not have any felonies, and must pass a background check. Leadership abilities are a must. IICRC and other industry certifications are necessary. Must have a good attitude and work well with others. |

| Job Description: |
The Lead Technician is the lifeblood of our restoration division. Responsible for the overall restoration process on-site, the lead technician must be knowledgeable and experienced in all facets of water, fire, and smoke restoration. The Lead Technician oversees his crew and is responsible for documentation, completion, and customer satisfaction. Lead Technicians will need to be available and flexible for on-call schedules and work hours. |
