| Job Description: |
A Project Manager in the Reconstruction Division will supervise daily crews and subcontractors on Reconstruction Projects. Project Managers must be knowledgeable in construction and be able to create, interpret, and execute various estimates.

| Qualifications: |
Field experience required. Established restoration/resconstruction industry experience required. Applicant must have a good driving record, must not have any felonies, and must pass a background check. Leadership abilities are a must. IICRC and other industry certifications are necessary. Xactimate experience a must. Must have a good attitude and work well with others. Bi-lingual communications are a plus.

Estimators in the Reconstruction Division are responsible for every aspect of reconstruction projects. Estimators are responsible for meeting with customers, determining their reconstruction needs, creating estimates, and the overall supervision of the project. |

| Job Description: |
The Assistant Technician is responsible for assisting the Lead Technician on all restoration projects. Typically, assistant technicians are encouraged to train and obtain a Lead Technician position. Assistant Technicians will need to be available and flexible for on-call schedules and work hours. Assistant Technicians have the ability to become Lead Technicians. |
